So I need a new low profile steering servo for my mystic 114, this is a fast boat that will be crashed over 100 mph, heavy too I imagine 15-17lbs loaded.

I don't really have experience with low profile servos, is the Radiopost the best, maybe the protek? Thanks

I run these in some stuff. They are pretty stout. Very quiet smooth and powerful. This is the low profile one. Ran in my 34" mono and its flipped at 90+

Either will work well Mike. I had my first Radiopost servo fail at the last event. Not sure what happened to it, but never had an issue with these servos before, used them in most all of my 40''+builds. I haven't ran the low profile ProTek, but use the PTK-100T in all my smaller builds. Great servo.

Thanks guys for the feedback. The stats are pretty awesome for both servos I think I'll go with the radiopost

I didn't, Savox has been my go-to for awhile now I've had the 1256-tg for 3 years now, it's gotten pretty loose so needs to be serviced but the performance has been awesome. Radiopost and the Protek are in another league with their torque and speed ratings.
