new prop shaft , flex shaft and strut. Yes i know , this strut is for cat but I had already had this at home , can I use it or i should buy a deep-v strut ?

Looks nice and clean! I say run the strut, it's a fiberglass boat... if you want to change it it's very easy.
Do a search for flooded tubes on OSE, it will help you take advantage of that strut adjustability!
Nice work!

this is an abs boat , not fiberglass

hope you didn't use epoxy to get that motormount in :epoxy -abs :doens't make a very good bond

wouldn't use that strut ; prop needs to be about 10% hull lenght behind the transom ,you can't do that with this strut so boat will run very wet

had one for the kids , did some mayor rebuilding on it like you are doing but used a solid 4mm axle

mine had a hooked hull and could not get it to run like i wanted ,but after i solved that it ran great

I had good experience with BSI epoxy Mid-Cure on my abs ProBoat Shockwave 26 hull. USed it for laying fiberglass strips on the transom and throughout the hull. Heavy scuffing was required, but all season it has held up.

yes I used epoxy to stick the motor mount..
I checked the lenght of my strut and it is as long as the stock one!

stock boat : about 40 km/h?

if you want it to go faster and not running very wet : prop needs to be further behind the transom

The strut the OP is using has vertical adjustment. He can loosen up the boat plenty just by lowering the strut - does the same thing as a longer stinger does. His boat will be fine with the strut he wants to use.

As you gain experience with different hulls you will learn that there is usually more than one way to accomplish most things.

using this strut he's got to be spot on or use a wet well to have that vertical adjustment

You should use a solid one piece servo horn on the servo, that one is kinda flimsy. I have seen and have had those pop out. All else looks good.

A short video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Kw8ZO1ApxE , the boat was running at 3/4 of full throttle due to the waves
