I am building a mono hull and am going to put two mini outboards on it. I would like to know if there is any sort of jacking plate in production for rc outboards? I know there may be better ways to mount but I am going for a pretty scale look so I want to put jacking plates on. Thanks in advance for the help!

Don't know of any scale-type jack plates, in general the non scale type have been found to be too complicated in use. It is difficult enough to coordinate throttle and rudder in race conditions...but for sport running it may be okay. Frankly they sound better than they perform, particularly for a mono.

HHHHMMMMM I may be able to help...pending on what you find Or pics of real thing the scale to fit as needed for outboards...... Most times these type of extras are set and bench adjust then run.......and adjust as needed on the bench..
And adding the extra servo adds weight.

Do you know a company that sells them?

There is some that are sold on OSE and http://www.intlwaters.com for sale forum. I do not remember who did them but they were nice and anodized. I think some of my friends at the races know about them possibly, I will ask this weekend.
