Email notices ??

I get no email notices to all the thread I am subscribed to ??
not sure why, and it's been happening for several months now..
hard to keep up with threads on OSE :confused1:

I get e-mail notices on subscribed threads but hours after the post. I've gotten several PM alerts two days after they're written. No matter, OSE is still the BEST.

yeah it's a bugger cuz I want to stay up with some cool builds and info here but get lost in it all with no emails coming through to me at home...

It's been like that now for almost a year, I have to scan my Tapatalk's subscription and timeline to know if there is any new thread or response to my threads.
Anyway, I got used to it and it probably saved me a few jobs as we are technically not allowed to keep our phone on while recording in the studio. Apparently IPhone interferes with the equipment, like the airlines, they want them off.
So now I just concentrate on my job. lol...

Larry, I was cleaning up my mail box today and realized the last e mail i got for PM was in Oct. 2014, that was already months after I didn't get notification on subscribed posts. :crying:

I check mail every couple days before it goes through the mail server filters ..and nada :(

I haven't been receiving email notices for almost two years. I am saying this NOT to annoy the moderators but just so you know many of us don't get them any more... :confused2::confused2:

I wonder if it has something to do with "remember me". I access from more than one device and it always knows its me. Reach'n.

All I can say that this is a really tough issue to figure out. Why some of us get them and a lot do not is really a mystery

I think I prefer no notices. Less emails to go through.

I'm finding I like it better to check in when I want instead of a prompt. Un-subbing from other places too on the web, too many emails. I'd rather sit outside and listen to the birds while tinkering.

Okay so I just spent the last 20min changing my email back to the original that it was before and it does not send me the update link we need to make the update complete.. :blink:
soon as I moved back to my other email I got an email notice within seconds to confirm the change
so for me my Comcast email does not work with OSE :bash:

I have 4 email addresses. I suppose I could change from my Comcast address too. Why would it matter which provider I use? Weird.
