Out of the box my BlackJack v3.0 was running in the high 40s. And it was a blast.

But I wanted more.....
So I started upgrading.
First some larger castle 6.5mm connectors for the batteries and motor. Plus some reinforcements inside the hull plus 2 part foam.
And a Seaking 180a
With larger props I was hitting mid 50s....

Still wanted more...
Per a suggestion from a very fast, super helpful guy here, I decided to do a motor swap and upgrade the strut and flex to .187
Enter the Castle 1518 1800kV

The original motor mount was used. However this is a longer, heavier motor so I made some custom tail supports.
