I purchased this boat used about a year ago with NiMH batteries included. The seller said the boat had only been in the water twice and only used with the NiMH batteries. It was completely stock when I purchased it and obviously low use with not a single scratch on it.
Since purchasing I have not had it in the water. I put in on the shelf with plans to upgrade the hardware, remote system with telemetry and lipo batteries. About 3 months ago, I starting purchasing all of the items to complete my plans. About the time I had everything in hand I got the news that my wife and I are having our first baby. Great news… and we’re so happy, but I need to unload some of my side projects and items that are not necessary. I own several other RC boats that I race with my local NAMBA club and just don’t really have a use for this other than novelty.
For those who may like the blue color better.... I did these upgrades to a red boat because you can see red on the water a lot better.
All listed upgrade parts, props, remote system, telemetry, lipo batteries, and charger are brand new and never on the water. The upgrade parts, remote system, and telemetry have all been installed and bench tested. Boat/remote will still need final dialing in, on the water.
