Chris Craft Project

This is my first build i have ever done. Bought a 18" vintage Chris Craft boat I want to make into RC. I don't necessarily want it to fly across the water but a nice cruising pace. What motor would be recommended for something like this? Would show pics but not sure how to attach them...any insight on that also?

Low power, cant make a recomendation on set up, but sounds like a fun build. alot depends on the room you have. Pretty sure there is a thread here about a similar build and some handling issues and the fixes also...
is it a wood hull or??? Was it ever set up for electric??
post some pics with hatch open to see what room you have to work with... Many here would be happy to help but need a bit more info and pics are the ticket... to post pics i just download pics to pc then make a post and go advanced at the bottom of post area then choose the pics to upload... then upload.. not too hard... even an old guy like me can do it...
