I started off having my prop box as a multi compartment container. Then I came across a prop box you can buy. It looked cool but it didn't have near the room I needed and I also need room for tools and some spare parts, screws, rudders etc., so I came up with this..... this works out well in a pinch to grab and go to the lake. Let's see what you guys have come up with. I'm sure there's some neat stuff you've done. Here's mine. It's missing a few props.

I was actually thinking about selling those big three blades. Well three of them anyway. I think they are52mm and way too big for anything I have anyway. So if you know anyone needing a set of big three blades let me know.

Thanks! It was really easy to make, just a little time consuming. Worth it tho. It's a piece of birch wood to fit the bottom of the box, 8-32 screws and some sticky back foam on the divider. It's like drawer liner foam. Then the divider is epoxied in place. I'm using wing nuts for now but I just ordered (50) brass thumb nuts which will make it much easier to unscrew.

Can't get you a pic right now but, I use clear storage boxes with individual compartments. I drill a hole in the center of every compartment and use a 8-32 bolt and nut then the prop, then fuel tubing on top to keep them from rattling much at all. The tubing makes it quicker to access a prop and the reduce some noise.

One layer for 1/4" and the lower for 3/16". The plates are 1/4" acrylic with numbers etched to cross reference with a table. I use a Hobbico twin stick radio box for the case.

Not a bad idea but wouldn't that kind of limit you at a smaller amount of props? I guess you could stack two props in the same compartment though.
