Venom EKOS - I want specific motor, esc, prop, collets, etc for upgrade

I know there are a lot of threads about different upgrades but I'm looking for a specific shopping list of what I need to buy to make this work. I currently have 3S LIPOs.

I have heard the Leopard 2860 motor. Which KV do I order?
SeaKing 120 ESC - this seems straightforward
Which prop?
Which collet/connector do I need to connect the Leopard motor to the stock flex shafts? Or do I need different flex shafts?
Any part that I'm missing?

This is what I used in my Venom 34" EKOS C1:

Motor: Leopard 2860 2730kv 4-pole brushless inrunner
ESC: SeaKing 120
Prop: Graupner grp-2317.40, grp-2317.40L 1.4x42mm
Flex shaft: Stock should do. I think the flex shaft dia. is .150in, so use that size 2-piece SS collet.
Battery: 3S to 4S.

Well i just fried one of my KOF motor and esc,i will have to look at this combo recommended.
