Does HiFei Refurb esc's?

I have a SF240 that has a few miles on it and wondering if HiFei refurbs these esc's at all with new Capacitors that happen to be encapsulated in rubber :huh:

I could try to dig it out but, I don't know what is underneath all that rubber if I will be able to access the inner solder joints easily enough or not.

It still works but, I know the capacitors have worked hard a few times and I'd like it to last much longer.

Is it worth it?
