Hi i am new in rc boaboating and I just bought a pro boat impulse 31, but I want to upgrade it better esc and engine !
I was looking the leopard 4082 series and a hobby wing seaking 180a or a dynamite120a with a dynamite 6 pole 2000 kv or 1500kv engine to run 6s

What prop wold you guys recommended for both set ups ?

And of extra upgrades :
Dual rudder
V1 & V2 Turn Fins
Adjustable Metal Trim Tabs

Tanks

It is too big of a motor , you can run a 36x50 or even a 74mm length motor around 1500kv. A 92mm long can is too big IMO.

Best bet for an Impulse as an upgrade would be a 4074 2000-2200kv motor on 4s swingin an x442/445, x640...................my opinion.
