Hi guys

well to cut a long story short my ESC seems to have died ! after a capsize all dried out for nearly a week

symptoms - 2x fresh charged lipo's 7.4v connected
TX switched on then power on, no beeps from ESC or throttle but power to servo

tests Ive carried out

swapped out the Rx to a futaba fasst 2.4GHz powered up same as above servo working ,still no beeps from ESC or any throttle ,then i reprogrammed the ESC and get the conformation beep that it has been performed successfully but still no throttle and still the servo works

OK so servo is fine i have a aero ESC i could test it with but it would mean having to swap the male connectors and solder 3 female bullet connectors on to be honest i cant be bothered to go to all that effort tomorrow i will get out the volt meter and see if there is any power output from the ESC throttle cable to Rx and then failing that i have this in mind

try swapping esc and steering (although if you have already tryed a different rx that might not tell you anything). if the rx powers up and you have steering then either the signal wire to the esc is kaput or the esc is...likely you need a new esc.
