Sorry if this has been asked before. I did a search and didn't find what I was looking for. I'm currently running a 6s setup with kind of a higher than normal KV motor with a SK 180v3. Would it be safe to upgrade to the SF 220+ or can this SK180 handle the load??

I've run this setup a couple times and my temps where below 95' but that's in 45 degree weather.

Whats higher than normal...I use the T180 in several 2200kv 6S setups with no issues...

The T180 is a beast ESC, Dag on right it will handle it...... Absolute BEAST!!!

Ok cool. I kinda was looking for an excuse to get an ESC with data logging but I'd rather have an ESC that's going to hold up instead.

I hear ya, I have a couple castles with logging. Use them to find best setup, then put in the T180 with added capbanks. I sure do wish Hobbywing would make one with logging....

Just get an external logger. The t180 is a bad mofo....

I've thought about buying one of those eagle trees but can't justify there cost. It would be cool if hobbywing came out with a 250a ESC that had the same reputation as the 180.
