if i use an x440 3 blade prop with 1/4 pitch, and my rpm's are about 30,000 with a leopard 4082 and i switch to a 1940 with 1/9 pitch, would that raise my rpms up to 35,000

Pitch is the distance a prop travels at 1 rotation. an x440 total pitch is; 2.198". The 1940 is; probably 2.9"...Props are like gears. This will not increase your RPM but will increase amp draw and speed. Assuming the set-up can take it. That prop is more of a lifting rigger prop though.
