I must say, I have ordered from Jan at least 10 times in the last year or so and each time it has been a pleasure doing business with him. If it's not in stock, it's marked on the invoice that it's either backordered or just plain out of stock and I get a refund. Usually, if it's out of stock, you can't select "add to cart", but once in a while, it happens. You can't blame a guy for not being able to update his site, take care of orders, answer phones and emails and work a full time job by himself. I received a shipping refund the day after I placed 2 separate orders with them. Saved me way more money than I thought I would. I ordered on the July 20th, he shipped on July 22nd and it arrived July 24th. All around great service. I know others have had some issue's and there may not be any excuses other than being busy, but laziness is not one and neither is lack of customer service. Patience is a virtue!
