Esc swordfish 120 plus not turning motor ?

Esc swordfish 120 plus, motor isn't turning just Stuttering a bit , rudder works fine Esc was working great temp was 115 no signs of over heating . I also notice it doesn't give me those two beeps when first plugging in battery. I also attempted to connect program box and read the Esc info but when trying to load info it freezes at 43 percent ? Any type of reset for this Esc ?
