Hello All
I am new to fe boats after years of running nitro boats.
mostly 3.5 and 7.5 outboard tunnel hulls. I picked up
a Revolt 30 a couple weeks ago and took it out for the first time
this weekend , I'm hooked....LOL.
I had not purchased a Aquacraft product for quite a few years and
I was impressed when I took it out of the box. I got 2 Turnigy nanos
2s 5000mah 45-90c batteries for it. the first trip out was bone stock
and I thought it did a fine job. I adjusted the strut and turn fins and it
improved the speed. I put a Octura X442 prop on it and that helped also.
the last run I made with it was at full throttle for 7 minutes and I checked
the esc, motor and batteries and all were just warm to the touch.
overall I am very pleased with the quality and performance of the boat.
I wish the slot in the prop shaft for the drive dog was back about a 1/8" further.
I am already looking at the UL-1. good job Grim.
you guys have a great site here and I have learned a lot from you guys.
thanks
