Are the dual battery wires already wired parallel ? I plan to use it 2 P .

No they are not. They tell you to actually connect the red to each other and the black to each other.

HiFei make a neat little PCB which has 2 paralleled male and 2 paralleled female 8mm gold plated bullet connectors, an on-board cap pack and spark quench circuitry built in.
Perfect for soldering in your Swordfish 300A dual battery 10 gauge wires in parallel.
Mine has taken a beating at 12S, drowned on many occasions and still works.
