i think i hit 50 today. i ran a 4s1p3100 14.8v battery w/ aero marine hardwear and a fresh sharpened balanced 642. i have to get a gps!!!

nice one but is there anything you need to do to the wiring of the boat in order to slap a 4cell lipo on or is it just the way it came as stock ??

actually im running a barracuda 125 esc . i can run 2 4s1p 14.8v batterys in the boat. i just blew up my charger so im sending it abck and there gona send me a new one
but i do plan on running both batterys and im going to get a portable gps to get some readings

soz to here about your charger , apart from the new ESC did you have to change the wiring configuration or add a BEC ?? to the boat or was it just a case of swapping the ESC and whacking in 2x 4s lipo's ?? and what make and MAH and c rating are they ??

all i did was change the speed contorl
im thinking of throwing the 2 lipos in an runniong the. i ran them fine in my othwer boat with the same speed control and it had a biger motor.
they are both 12c 3100 mah
