twin swordfish setup, one 100%thr, 2nd 80%thr

I am running a twin set up with swordfish 220 pro+ esc. The newer esc calibrated to 100% throttle but my older one only hits 80%. I have tried to update the firmware but when I try to update the esc it tells me that the file(that I downloaded from the hifei website) is the wrong type. Any suggestions?

I normally just run my endpoints up in the controller for my single set ups but I don't think that would be ideal for twin setup for the motors would run different rpms until both were at 100%.

That solution could also severely overheat the ESC running with the limited throttle. Best fix the limited one correctly.
