O.k just order my mini rio and want to know what is the fastest ammo motor the i can use,and will a mamba 25 esc work with the motor without getting to hot.

Whether the mamba 25 will work or not will partly depend on the motor you use. As for the fastest motor... the question you should be asking is what you want to do with this boat and how many volts you're going to be running it at. Mine with the 28-35-3900 at 2S is pretty much too much.
