    Wave Blasters Shoot-out

    Hello FE Racers,
Announcing the Wave Blasters 5th Annual Spring Shoot-out.

but here is what we have so far.

We will have our annual club picnic Saturday the 31st from 11:00 to 1:00.
This means all Club Members and Shoot-out participants will have a great
"Free" picnic lunch and meet and greet.
There will be open water from 9:00 till 2:00. Heat racing from 2:00 till 5:00.
    Then open water till dusk.

Last year we were suprised to have almost 100 boats.
With any luck we will improve on that amount.
Sponsorship details also to be announced shortly.
Entry fees should be similar to last year.
Basically wanting you guys to mark your calendars, and
have you check this thread later this week for more details.
We look forward to seeing all of our old friends and meeting some new ones too,
    Thanks,

          Made some corrections

          Made some corrections....
          Both days are now working.
Seems as though very slight deviations lock the program up.
We also changed the first boat / registration fee to $5 additional
dollars rather than $10. Having this posted as a 2 separate day event
would cause that charge to be $20 total instead of the $10 as it has been for the past years. So making it $10 per day remedies this problem.
We have posted it as 2 separate 1 day events to keep the heat sheets better for each day. It makes sense if you were there the past couple of years when the 2nd round heat numbers jump all over the place.
Let me know if anyone has any additional problems,
          Thanks,
          Ken

rdcracer,it would really help us and make everything run smoothly if you would use the online signups. On race day the computer has already set the heats and the heat sheets are printed and ready to hand out when you sign in.
Not saying it's not possible to sign up late but it's not my call.
Late fee date is 5/20,entry cutoff date is 5/25.
Hope u can make it,pretty sure you'll have a good time!

Ron1950,FYI there was a mistaken entry in 1/10 Modern.Owings will not race that class cause he don't have a boat.
So...you need to network your guys to make a class.Same story in vintage, don't think TC will make the show this year.
