Was wondering if anyone is using this motor? I am new to ELECTRIC boats and am looking to build a P-Sport hydro. Will be running 4S2P with the Turnigy 180A ESC all fit in a Whiplash 20 hull.

Any thoughts on this motor? What about a motor mount for this motor?

Thanks
Dave

Im interested too in this same motor. 59 bucks it looks hard to beat.

I've used this motor in a 4s rigger, on a x442 made 50+mph. I also won the open electric title at the last NZ nationals. It is now in a box with a bent shaft due to a broken motor mount at full noise. The motor otherwise ran well and would still be in use except for the bent shaft. T180 had no issues with it either. Good value for money and you can upgrade later.

Awsome. Think I can run it on 3s with a 120 amp esc?
