Hi everyone. I am a total newbie to rc boats living in Sweden.
I thought posting my first (but hopefully not last) built in this thread. It will not at all be on the high level as all your projects in this forum (everyone seems to be super proffessional...), but on the other hand then it is alot of people who can help me out hopefully!!

The hull is a Faluga 140 (1400x350mm) which I bought in used condition. I thought that it was better to buy a cheaper hull to start learning on.
Motor: Proteus X524.
ESC: Castle HydraHV240
Batteries: 2x5S+2x5S Hyperion EX G3 (45C/5000mAh)

Below is some pictures.

Some hardware tried out and I have grinded down the old paint:

A picture of the hull after it has some paint on it:

------------------------------------

Now I have started mounting some of the hardware:

-----------------------------------

Next step is to arrange the installation of electrics (servo, batteries, ESC).

Advises and help is much appriciated!

Hi nho1, I think the job you are doing is very professional so you should be very proud a an excellent build. Would love to hear when
you have tried it out. It is going to be very fast. Regards

Agreed Nice and clean building but I would consider to offset the rudder if possible. Gill

Looks like you are doing a great job!! Glad to see your interest in the boats, be careful, it's addictive!!!! The build is as much fun as running them.

Thanks everyone for the feedback!

I can blame this forum of the road I started walking accordingly. Addictive is really what it is. Just started digging into this hobby, and already have this project quite close to finished and two more to come....
