How's the weather (and the water) in NC that time of year Chilli?

It can be hit or miss Keith depending on when those cold fronts come through. Temps could be in the 70's or they could be in the low 50's. Last year we had some really nice weather. There have been other years where people left their boats in the trailer all weekend. Even when there is a breeze, we usually we get a nice period a few hours in the morning and before sunset. The site has more than it's fair share of records.

Timed event for 1/16 mile SAW to be held at Fun Junction Park, 983 Simpson Ditch Road, 27909. CLASSES: All IMPBA Nitro, FE, & GAS classes. Pre-registration is required, event
starts when equipment is setup and working. The timing equipment will be in operation as long as the weather permits for the duration of the event. $25.00 flat fee to enter; run as often as
time permits. NOTE: Every evening at 4:00PM, only drivers whose boats have been within 5% of the record during the event, or if you currently hold that record will be allowed to run on the
