after about a year of having this hull sit in my garage i am finally getting around to putting her together. i am using the 110mm stinger and counter rotating shafts from kintech racing. i have ordered quite a few things from them and have always been fast shipping and exactly what i wanted. I have a center mount rudder from a member here. going to run 2 3126 1300kv outrunner. any suggestions on a nice low profile servo i can use for the rudder and if anyone makes a carbon mount for it so i can run a pull, pull setup. ordering motor mounts this week, and then ESC ill need some guidance on as well as prop suggestion. was going to run on 4s each side, with the option of going to 5 or 6 in the future for perfect calm days.heres a few pics of what i have done so far. i painted it to match my car as close as i could. i need to do some carbon inside the hull.

got some stuff in from kintech, now going to order some stuff from OSE and need to get the shims for the drives, mine do not sit flush at all from holding them up to the transom. looking for different ideas on how to do water pickup thats not noticeable, but wont interfere with the stuffing tube inside the sponsons. next up is going to be the installation of the red carbon kevlar in the floor and transom. 0102510102511

and i learned real quick how holding a screwdriver to hold the stuffing tube while using a torch is not the best idea. burned the crap out of my fingers while cooling it off. safety first folks.

Lol, yea I kick myself right after grabbing a hot tube with my fingers to adjust it in the pliers which I'm using so I don't burn my fingers!!

when running a 1/4 brass tube and no liner, do i need to do anything extra for the shaft or just run as normal with grease? also how far back should i look at running the motors. with the mounts i have i think i have them as far back as i think is feasible and keeping bends in the shaft a minimum.
