P1 cavitation wont hook up

MY stock motor is running fine, my drive cable seems intact, I put on a new stock prop. The problem is when I give it full throttle it seems to want to go but does not hook up well and goes slower than it used to. It appears the prop is cavitating bad, I have tried trim tabs up/down, outdrive up/down, neutral but nothing makes it better or worse, any ideas out there.

I think the stock prop for that sucked,
But not sure.
Can you post any pictures of the boat and prop you have ?
I have a P1 but I modded the whole setup and modded the hardware to on mine.
