I have an older version sf 200a (no data logging) I ran the boat this past weekend. It ran fine, brought it in for a fresh pack. When I went to run it again it lasted a few seconds then stopped. Now it wont arm and isn't working. No evidence of burning and it wasn't wet. The setup only pulls around 140-150 amps average and I use an external bec.

Ive tried everything I can think of so thought i'd see if anyone else has seen this.

I had one do the same to me & found that a couple of the capacitors were swollen & desoldered from the board.

Can it still be programmed through the usb linker? I had mine (200a 8s) flake out one time where it would not arm, not work, etc. As a last ditch, I hooked it up to the computer and reprogrammed it and it's worked ever since. Don't know if it was coincidence or not but that was the only way I got it to work. I didn't do a firmware upgrade or anything, just reset the settings.

I only have the little card with the toggles. I don't have the usb adapter or software.

Hey, can't hurt to try that either lol. I honestly don't know, I don't see how that could have made a difference with mine, but it did. It's almost like the software "froze up" somehow or something (if that's even possible???). All I know is it didn't work for a couple of days, I plugged in and "reflashed" it and it has worked ever since. Odd..

Sadly ive tried all the suggestions presented and its a no go. The little light on the esc flashes when connected. The light on the program card flashes as if its accepting the info. But it still does not arm or work. Not too happy I've got far too many boats right now that are parked...:frusty:
