I've been reading up on the 45mm props and apparently they are close in comparison to the X642. I don't wanna spend $35 on a prop right now, so the graupner is a good cheap choice. Just curious if anyone is running one? Or has run one in the past? What do you think over stock?

Secondly, we need counter clockwise rotation correct?

As far as comparing the two its tough. The 45 is about the same total pitch as a x637.

You need a prop thats counter clockwise. Like the 2317.45 carbon

is there a graupner that will give a good increase over the stock prop? Similar to what people are reporting with the X642? I just don't have $40 to shell out on a prop right now. Plus shipping to Canada is a joke with customs and stuff. The thing would cost me $70 when it's all said and done.

I have used the 2317.45 that Steven mentioned and it pushed one of my riggers over 60 mph without any problems. It would depend on what you are putting it on but I do not think you would be disappointed. I have a good selection of Graupner props to get me in the ball park and then I go for a sharpened and balanced Octura. You can get 2 or 3 at the price they are and they are quite a good prop.
