Battery Problems

Everybody,

I have 7.4 5000 Venom Lipos when i took em out last weekend the got pretty wet and now one is bubbled and won't charge at all and the other looks fine but gives a charge error. I guessing there both toast and ive heard these are crap anyways. can anyone confirm its water damage and where should i buy lipos batteries that won't cost me 140 a piece
