Bought the boat from here and put it in the water today. It would only go in reverse, tried reversing two motor leads, that did nothing. Still in reverse. Had an experienced car guy and he was stumped. Brought it home and my friend programmed the esc and now it goes in the proper direction, but I don't think the rpms are as fast as it was when it was running backward. Any suggestings? Got rained out from going back to the pond. The esc has been upgraded to a Seaking 30 amp. Bought used.
