Also look into Electra who run a race series at various venues in the south east of England, you just missed round 2 at Beale Park Pangbourne last week, but round 3 is at the Elmbridge club near Egham on the 19th, not a million miles away from you. Come along and bring a boat if you have one, or find out what you like the look of if not.

Are you Roger? I went to an IC race at Elmbridge on Sunday and met an EX IC guy just getting into FE and his wife who were from Basingstoke, was that you? If so I'm the one with the BRG and yellow JAE riggers in the back of the white CRX. If not your fellow Basingstoke dweller said he had been to Beale Park before as well as Elmbridge and although Beale is nearer as the crow flies, Elmbridge is quicker and easier to get to as it is on the M25, and is the better club for speed merchants, Mid Thames does have FE racing members but mostly they are scale guys whereas most at Elmbridge race either IC, FE or both. Look on the map section in the Electra website I linked to for directions to the Elmbrige Club lake and come along this Sunday.
