Nice older Panda Nimh and Nicad charger/discharger up to 8 cell batts. I have installed a big cooling fan and thus added the extra aluminum casing to it to enclose the fan system. Just an trusty charger you can use over and over again. $22 shipped to lower 48 and paypal only.
