Just picked up a mini hydro from Tenshock to have some fun in between banging my head with my SAW hydro. I was a little skeptical at first but this thing is a blast and fun to drive. A $15.00 battery will last 15 minutes and speed aroung 35mph on a 435 prop. LOVE IT !!!

Just a heads up on the stainless Tenshock props,if you order these get several! They are without a doubt, the worst castings i have ever seen!! I have one that one blade is a full 2mm longer than the other! Hows that for balanced? lol! Have fun!

Thanks, I was warned by Jim Slaughter as well, nonetheless I had to see it for myself, and it is rough no doubt, just never thought to measure the blades! lol... Glad you mentioned it.

With a 435 prop and turn fin boat is around 32 mph and is a blast to drive. Never flipped so far and I love it. Funny thing is I know its faster but the gps itself slows it down from the weight LOL. Best $90.00 I ever spent!!

Hi Tim,

Yes, I have some in stock. Sorry, not on the site. I lost my website programmer and I'm not good at editing it! The new 4 pole 3200KV, with water jacket is $89. If you want one, just use SEND MONEY on paypal.

I'm going to try to be a little more active on the forum again. I'm no longer racing. My back has given out to the point that I'm somewhat home bound. Gotta do something fun to pass the time. Right? :-)

Glad you're still having fun with the hydro. Our new Generation II versions have a higher KV 4 pole motor and 40A esc. They rip! Approx 45mph outta the box.

There like 40-45 mph out the box on 3s the hydro is 1200-1500mah due to size and weight

I think the eco might be a bit faster on 3s but on 2s its a ton of fun to whip around on the pond and if you turn just right it will submarine and then pop back up

Brushless55

You will notice the Eco will sometime submarine when turning to fast to the right, turning left is much better even WOT. This is why the Eco class boats are on anti clockwise courses when raced.
