Yes it is. Quickly turned into poor situation for me.

I can understand the vendor made a mistake and doesnt want to loose money. But to offer a lesser discount then skirt away from it leaves a lot to be desired. Something about minimum orders from Hyperion, yet on the battery page it says stock right before price...?

First time ever dealing with that company and probably my last.

Not to sway you away from Hyperion but TP has a better warranty
