Hyperion charger product support/help?

I am having problems with a Super Duo. Specifically, one side ramps up to over 30 amps charging, (20 is the setting and the limit) then trips out on a high cell voltage, or it otherwise just causes the whole charger to shut down/black out until it is unplugged then plugged in again. It's not that old and the software is current. Other than talking to the shop it was purchased at, does anybody have any input on getting help/service?
