I have a question. How does one maintain the scale look of a hull while allowing for heat extraction from the hull?
Example, if you build a Cintron Mystic, there isn't any NACA ducts on the deck except 2 side scoops and 3 small NACA ducts on the aft.
I don't think that would suffice to extract the heat generated even if you have water cooling. Drilling 6 holes turbine vents on the aft will take away the scale look of the hull.....

You are talking about electric powered, correct? Most people seal the hull/cowl with tape when running, to keep all water out. The water cooling is the only form of cooling in this case.

Why would drilling the turbine holes in the aft take away from the scale look? That would be adding scale look...

Well was just thinking aloud, not sure if I wanted to build a electric or a gas powered boat.
The turbine vent holes isn't part of the Cintron scale look as the Cintron boat is piston powered and has no holes on the aft deck.
