Just got my new Revolt in from Tower and upon first inspection everything seems to been in order EXCEPT every piece of hardware is missing nuts, locking nuts or anything. Surely these backing plates, thin as they are are not threaded and expected to hold this gear in place under stress.

Photos I have found so far have not been helpful...is this another case of the QC issues I have been hearing about?

No the plates are threaded and work fine

Just one search is all it takes.

You are very welcome. Knowing that the Search function works can help you to learn faster - by not having to wait for others to respond. Some forums have lousy Search tools, but the one here on OSE works rather well.
