So, I finally have the money to buy my first boat. Im looking for a fast boat but with runtimes of more than 10mins. I would also like it if the boat would be reliable out of the box (I dont want to have to take the whole thing apart out of the box).

My budget is 425CAD with LiPo's. And I am fine with it not including an radio.

Get a revolt. Good price, goes good and one 4s battery will power it for long runs.
Put a ul1 2030kv motor in it and its really fun.

Oh one more thing, the second option that I said for the twin 6000mah's, One is about 4 months old (used alot) and the other is about 1 week old (never used). Would The age diferance in the batteries make a Huge diff?
