Hi, i recently got a hold of a joysway mini cat. I have a b2445 3000kv brushless motor i would like to install, would like someadvpce on what esc would work. I was thinking a 30 amp and 11.1v 2200 lipo. Im actually a big gas guy, so some advice on FE would be great. Also have a couple b2030/10-4300 motors, if there any better. Just hoping for some esc n battery advice with the motors i have. Thank you so much for your input....steve

Hi,
I have a sea rider cat and a hydro mini bolt,
They both came stock with ESC: Water cooled 30A w/BEC setup,
Running 3s 25c 2200 mah cells.

Yes, Stock Water cooled B2445 3000KV,
The cat not bad, Runs better at high speeds and better handling their.
I do not run it much to sit down and take the time and tweak yet,
But the hydro bolt is tweaked and a runner with a y535 prop,:tongue_smilie:
And I made the hatch with a water tight seal and one thumb screw holding it on.

I'd get a 40a minimum if you can find one. I just ordered one of these and have a cooling plate I'm gonna throw on it.

Can you solder and strip wire ?
Their are three wires on motor and esc, When you put the wires together check for left hand rotation,
And you should be good to go.

Hears a link for a good esc's.http://www.hobbypartz.com/seaking.html
Or put a WTB post up for one.

Stock right now,
But the y535 may be a good one for the cat.:noidea:
I will have to try running it on mine and see what it does.:tongue_smilie:
