That is a SAW setup, you will eventually burn up your ESC. I ran 89 mph using a 1515/1Y Castle motor and an ICE240 on 6S in a 32" cat - just two passes then back to the beach. You need a 40mm motor with a lower Kv, closer to 1500. With that setup you should be around 60 mph with the x645 assuming that the boat is trimmed out correctly and your packs are decent.

I have a Genesis with a CC 1515 2200 with a T-180 running 2 5s 5000packs with a m445. First time out ran 48.3 on gps before the flex broke and sent my prop to the bottom. Put on new prop with a .078 piano wire drive and twisted it off and sent another prop to the bottom. Now I have a 187 flex in it just need new prop.

...any other prop choice would u recommend...Other props to try are the Prather 225 and 230. With any prop, be sure to test it first. Run for one minute - use a stopwatch! - and bring it in and check for temps. Cool it down and run for two minutes and check again. Eventually you will find out the limit for each prop. You don't have to do this, but if you don't you will eventually burn down with a prop which is just too large.
