    F/S 2 Rare Castle Creations Hydra 360's.

For sale are 2 Castle Creations Hydra 360 ESC's. These have three power boards and were made specifically for SAW's and 2-Lap time trials. I don't think there were more than a dozen of these ESC's built.

The first Hydra 360 is used (clear heat shrink with all the cooling tubes). It was the back up for my old record holding P hydro (the original was broken in a crash). It's made a quite a few passes over 100mph after the boat was repaired. It was used to set my old N2 hydro record. Very tough ESC if you like to push equipment. $200 shipped in the lower 48

The second Hydra 360 has never been soldered up. It has the cooling plates that separate the power boards, but the cooling tubes were shaved to shrink it in size to fit tight outrigger tubs (cooling not required for SAW's). It was the back up for the N2 hydro that's on the bottom of Legg Lake. $225 shipped in the lower 48.

I've completely converted over to running aircraft stick radios and modified aircraft ESC's.

because he is an airplane guy and likes stick radios and the airplane speedos work better w the airplane radios.

There's also a lot better support, spare parts and replacement units of the airplane stuff. I would guess the hydra stuff makes up 5% of castles speedos plane stuff is prob 40-50%
