I have the Supervee 27 and the blackjack 26 and I'm looking at getting another one but I can’t decide what one to get and was wondering if any of you guys had any input. Aquacraft Revolt 30, Proboat Impulse 31 or Blackjack 39?:confused2:

From what I have seen I would say the revolt, however I have not owned either of the 3. Maybe you should think about getting a hydro for something different.

im partial to PB so im going to say blackjack 29. ive got the mystic(same hull) and it handles like its on rails plus u get the 6s speedo w/ the BJ
ive also have the impulse. again like its on rails but only 4s plus theres something about watching the hull on a cat hit the sweet spot, rise up out of the water and GO!
just my $.02

Thanks guys! I'm still new to the boat world even though I have two the last cupple of years I've been to busy to mess around with them and now I'm just starting to get the time. I dont know much about hydro's but the lake I live by gets a little choppy due to a constant light breeze most of the time. I heard that they don't do to well in those conditions? I try to run them in the evening that's when I can hit the glass.

I looked up the KOS P1, it looks like a good boat too. I'm not familiar with motors much do you know what kv rating the V500 would be?

Alfa have you actually ran the P1 KOS, or do you just like all the pretty stickers on it and that is why you recommended it?? I think if you throw out a boat to Jonesy you should offer some reasons why to look at it.

thats when it gets exciting:scared:.

if your lake or pond of choice is choppy most time, i would suggest deep vee of some sort.
that way no matter the conditions(unless its blowing 50) you will be able to run.

Do you think that the new impulse 31 would be a good one to play around with?

it is a great boat. very stable, cuts like a knife in the corners.
im running pretty much wide open in the corners and i think theres more in her!
it was a little choppy on my local pond last night and she held fast even at top speed.
had to slow a little in the corners but never felt like it was going to flip

Cool! Thanks for the help, my thoughts are on that one. It looks nice and by the video on proboat it looks like it can handle well. this way I can give my brother-in-law my Supervee and we can have fun out on the lake and I can still be a little faster!
