This is my 3rd try at making a offset for my Genesis rudder, think it's the best so far. First two where ok but had to much flex in them, this one has no flex at all and is as far over to the starboard side of the boat as I can go. Hope it helps out with the problem of going hard right when up on plane.

Deleted . Why did make this ? Was it because of the strut mounted where it is ? I'm sure . Or are you having issues getting the boat to track straight ?

Yes the boat goes to the Right at about a 45 degree angle when you get it up on plane. Think I will try the washer trick as well.

That should show why.

That bracket looks mega duty.

Not sure about that pushrod though.

Is that #2-56 or a #4-40?

440, going to put a couple washers behind the strut bracket tomorrow to angle it to the left.

With new rudder bracket and raised the strut 1/8th inch the boat now goes straight and fast. Now just need to get the collet to stay tight and I can start to tweak it to get more speed.
