Quick question regarding Lipo

I ran my boat for a brief time last time, the packs ( 4s, 5000mah, 40C) have 70% cap. left. Can I top them off or continue to use them to a lower reserve then recharge?:confused1:

if they are going to set more than a couple weeks, leave them where they are..
but before you use them again, top them off...
