Notice how all of Bonewar's boats are "Over The Top" in every aspect of construction !!! Keep building so we can all have some one to look up to !!!
I noticed in some of the other pics you seemed to have ground the crappy blue anodizing off the sv stingers, Any comments on how this was done ???

hex-dj mate the motor is a neu 1509/1.5y kv 2400 , weight 7.48oz , length 2.1in , rm 0.007 ohms , price $195 that should run me around 35000 rpm on 2s2p 7.4 6000mah lipos(14.8v), you can find the motor here www.neu motors.com . i will post more photos , video soon, the boat is very fast right on the design limit, very responsive on the throttle, turns easy, temps on motor, esc warm (enlarged water cooling system) lipos warm, all of my other sv's run hot , i love these little boats they just look awesome on the water.:rockon2:

well I've been having a few problems with the boat(cc120)firmware,but I've got that sorted out now, all i can say is wow this thing is fast. last weekend down the pond with my 2 friends. they both have sv27 with the ammo ,4 cell lipo,cc 120,Graupner k45 props upgrades . i was running my boat with a x442 s,b , and the neu 15091.5y ,4 cells cc 120. this little boat was out running both the other boats in the straights about the same in the corners. buy the time we finished our 5 laps i was 1/2 lap ahead. I would like to thank Andrewg from fastelectric.com for all the help he has giving me with this little sv27, great motor choice for this little boat, and i still have the option of advancing the timing ,bigger prop. so we will see just how fast this boat can go.i just got myself a eagle tree logger , I'll map the boats performance and post it . :rockon2: thanks Andrew:rockon2:
