I have an old dumas hull that was built many years ago and I would like to repower it with brushless. the hull is a dumas ski-vee that is 19 inches long with the drive gear of the pro boat black widow and I am looking to use a flight power EON 1600 mah 3s 11.1v lipo. this hull is made of 1/64th thin ply and is just a lil heavier than my aqua craft mini-mono. (without having a battery or motor). I"m looking to use an 05 short can sized motor but brushless and then i also have to buy a speed control. I'm looking for about 30 mph out of this thing. i was wondering if anybody has some great ideas as to what MOTOR and SPEED CONTROL combination I should use in this.

-19 inch hull
-using black widow running gear 1/8th inch
-1600 mah 3s 11.1v lipo
-looking to use an 05 short can sized motor

any help would be greatly appreciated as the brushless is all new to me and I am very eager to learn about it and be able to enjoy its use.

thank you very much
John
