Hi to all, my name is Shawn, I am new to the forum, I have benn into FE boats for about a year and bit by the bug, I have 11 boats, one of the first boats that got me interested in it all was the king of shaves, I have a chance to get one for 400.00 new in the box, is it a good boat, do they have problems with motors and esc not standing up to the task, its a good deal I think, would youu guys buy it? Any input would be great, I dont know alot about this boat, thanks Shawn.

Hi,
Is it the cat or mono ?
I think you could get or make a lot better boat with that money.

I agree your money is better spent elsewhere.

It's the twin motor counter rotating, cat. I was kinda thinking that myself and it seems I am getting bored with RTR boats, but I always liked that particular boat, they usually go for about 590.00.

Buy the empty hull and build it yourself bulletproof for the same money

They had the hull on ebay at one time going for 50.00, With some decal flaws,
Beware of buying for looks, That how they get you to buy.
You can always make it look good and different.

you've kinda answered your self on this one
they are priced more than what most believe they are worth including me, they have a hard time selling for the full price and reason you've found one for 400bucks
I bought one for $290, and without running it I made a trade for a Gas KOS
