Shock wave 26 Help

I have a shockwave 26 and they batteries are fully charged but I get no run time out of it. I would drive it for like two mins and it will starting cutting off. I hear like a beep. Not sure whats wrong with the boat. Please help!

If you are running nimh batteries make sure the switch is set for them and not on the Lipo setting.
