Brushless Motor & Battery Questions

Has anyone been converting their Mini Rio over to brushless? I want to convert mine over to brushless... what would be a good motor? I want it to be fast but not so fast it's a PITA to drive. Maybe 2-3 times what it does stock.

And if I decide to go lipo, should I go 2s or 3s?

And Am I correct in my thinking that by going brushless I will also get longer run times out of it?

I went with a 2600kv motor and a 2s lipo. It was fast and still handled well. I bought a 3100kv and 3900kv motor for it but I dropped the boat and broke the hull before I could try them. I don't think a 3s will fit very well.
